Josie Barnard’s consultancy work focuses on digital inclusion and the role of creativity in ‘future-proofing’ (or, sustainable and resilient) digital engagement.
Josie’s consultancy roles include for Open College Network (OCN) on their suite of Ofqual designated Essential Digital Skills Qualifications, which were launched in December 2021. She has also provided consultancy on creativity and digital inclusion issues for Estonia’s Tallinn University (2021), and for the Royal College of Nursing (2022). Her previous consultancy roles include for the Department for International Development (DfID).
Josie collaborates with government departments and other key stakeholder groups to inform policy and develop digital literacy.
